Hamid Awaludin, 49
President Commissioner & Independent Commissioner

An Indonesia citizen, Mr. Awaludin completed his Law Degree from Hasanuddin University, Makassar in 1986. He subsequently pursued a Master of Laws degree in 1990, a Master of International Affairs in 1991, and a Ph.D. in 1998 from American University, Washington D.C. He has also received special training on Human Rights from Lund University, Sweden, in 2001. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Awaludin served as the Commissioner of the Indonesian National Election Commission before being appointed as the Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia from 2004 to 2007. In 2008, Mr. Awaludin was appointed as the Ambassador of the Republic of Indonesia to the Russian Federation. In addition to his role as President Commissioner & Independent Commissioner of SEP, Mr. Awaludin also serves as the President Commissioner & Independent Commissioner of PT. Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk since 2011.

Theodore Permadi Rachmat, 67
Vice - President Commissioner

An Indonesian citizen, Mr. Rachmat completed his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology in 1968. Mr. Rachmat began his career at PT Astra International Tbk. (previously Astra International Inc.) in 1969 and has served in many positions, including President Director up until 2002, and most recently as Commissioner until 2005. Mr. Rachmat has also held several key positions at PT United Tractor, including President Director from 1977 to 1984, and Commissioner from 1984 to 1999. In 1998, he founded the Triputra Group and has served as President Director of PT Triputra Investindo Arya since 2008. Currently, Mr. Rachmat serves as the Vice-President Commissioner of PT Adaro Energy Tbk., Commissioner of PT Alam Tri Abadi, PT Adaro Indonesia, PT Indonesia Bulk Terminal, PT Jasapower Indonesia, as well as the President Commissioner of PT Adira Dinamika Multifinance Tbk. and is a Member of the National Economic Committee of Indonesia.

Rahul Puri, 45
Commissioner

Mr. Puri, an Indian Citizen, has spent over 10 years working in Indonesia. Mr. Puri earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai, India in 1986, and became a Qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1989. He started his career as President of Trambak Rubber Industries Pvt. Ltd., Nashik, India from 1991 to 1994, before moving to Indonesia to join PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk. as Senior Manager - Business Development from 1994 to 1996. In 1996, Mr. Puri moved to Sri Lanka as Director & General Manager of ISIN LANKA (Pvt.) LTD., subsequently returning to Indonesia as Business Head – Spun Yarns of PT. Indorama Synthetics Tbk. from 2001 until 2006. In 2006, Mr. Puri then moved to Muscat, Oman to serve as Business Head of Shanfari Readymix & Crusher LLC. In 2007, Mr. Puri returned to Indonesia and has served as a Director of PT Akraya International since. Mr. Puri has also served as the Finance Director of PT Makmur Sejahtera Wisesa (a subsidiary of PT Adaro Energy Tbk.) from2008 until 2009. He is currently a Commissioner of PT Luwuk Investindo Utama, and Director of PT. Akraya Clean Energy and PT. AkrayaCE.

Ida Bagus Rahmadi Supancana, 53
Independent Commissioner

Mr. Supancana, an Indonesian citizen, earned his Bachelor of Law in International Legal Affairs at the University of Padjadjaranin 1983, Master of Law in Law and Economic Activity at the University of Indonesia in 1990, and Doctorate in Legal Sciences - Air and Space Law from Leiden University, Netherlands in 1998. He has served as Director of PT Duta Krishna Consortium from 1993 until 1997, Director of PT Ramatelindo Perdana Consultant from 1993 to 2006, Director of PT Wahana Baratama Mining from 2000 until 2003, and Commissioner of PT Tanjung Alam Jaya from 2000 to 2003.
Mr. Supancana is also a Senior Partner & Legal Consultant at Supancana and Partners since 2000, President Commissioner of the Center of Investment Regulation in Indonesia - PT Indo Citra Regulatama - since 2001, Chairman and Founder of Pusat Kajian Regulasi (Center for Regulatory Research) since 2001, and Founder of the Supervisory Board of PT Continuing Legal Education since 2010.
